After the works on Royale Square and in Sufren-Rameaux-Gretry sector, SCE was commissioned for the design and works’ supervision of Graslin Square redevelopment project, together AUP Architecture (leader).

Emblematic cross-section of downtown Nantes, this square dates back to the 18th century. This renovation project is part of many developments aiming to refurbish the district, and favor pedestrian access :  partial restriction of the square for pedestrian access only, and complete transformation of Royale Square and Crébillon Street into restricted pedestrian areas.

The important modifications in the square have also led to some redevelopments of neighboring streets.
