Keran has achieved a perfect equality in its teams with 50% women and 50% men, an average twice as high as the latest Syntec-Ingénierie report.

In 2022, 60% of the people who joined us in the Keran adventure are women. Above all, we are looking for people who share our commitments and values, while remaining vigilant to the findings of gender equality reports.

There is still a long way to go to make this a reality and our mission is to keep changing the future outlook.
