Keran commits to gender diversity

On Thursday 14 October, Créocéan, Naomis and SCE, part of the Keran group, signed the Engineering Charter for Gender Equality initiated by Syntec Ingénierie.
Through this charter, Syntec-Ingénierie wishes to respond to the issues of attractiveness of engineering, retention of female talent in our companies and the professional development of women. "At a time when our companies are in the front line of major social, environmental and technological transitions, it is becoming urgent to make gender diversity a lever to meet the challenges of the future".

With this charter, Keran confirms its commitment and undertakes to implement new actions based on the 4 commitments in the Charter:

• To take action to change the image of engineering among young people, particularly young girls
• To ensure equal treatment of women and men throughout their careers
• To encourage a balance between personal and professional life for all
• To encourage access to management positions for women, by developing upward mobility
