Keran’s global approach

Managing project complexity better

Projects are ever more complex, with multiple and interconnecting issues, an increasing number of stakeholders, greater citizen participation, and so on. For our clients, the challenge today is securing projects, ensuring their acceptance and controlling their overall cost.

To fulfil these aims, over the last few years we have developed the Keran global approach, a project management process based on three main concepts:

# Gathering the right expertise at the right time
This involves mobilising the right skills within Keran or our partners and uniting this expertise within a tailor-made project team for a comprehensive project view and more coherent solutions.

# Participative collaboration with stakeholders
This means bringing together all parties involved from the outset, and encouraging and valuing their creative input to co-build projects with the collective intelligence of partners, operators and users.

# Responding as closely as possible to clients’ and users’ needs
We ensure an ongoing dialogue and develop a real understanding of the context for a winning project. We strive to make people a central concern in designs, to achieve better integrated use of public space, mobility and facilities.

Continuous improvement process

This is not something achieved through written procedures, but through regular discussions between our lines of expertise, from a constant reconsideration of our methods and a strong open-minded spirit. Improvements result from listening to our clients and partners and from our ability to look to the future, adapt and innovate.
